Mount Everest: highest peak in the world Mount Everest has a height of 8848 m which lies in Khumbu(Mahalangur) Himalayan  range and zone and district  it covers  is  Sagarmatha and Solukhumbu respectively

Kanchenjunga: the third highest peak in the world Kanchenjunga has the height of 8586 m which lies in Kanchenjunga Himalayan range and zone and district  it covers is Mechi and Taplejung respectively.                                                                                                                            
  3. Lhotse: fourth highest peak in the world Lhotse has the height of 8516 m which lies in Khumbu(Mahalangur) Himalayan  range and zone and district it covers is               Sagarmatha and Solukhumbu respectively                   
  4. Makalu: fifth highest peak in the world Makalu has the height of 8463 m which lies in Khumbu(Mahalangur) Himalayan  range and zone and district it covers  is Koshi and Sankhuasabha respectively.
  5. Cho Oyu: sixth highest peak in the world Cho Oyu has the height of 8201 m which lies in Khumbu(Mahalangur) Himalayan  range and zone and district  it covers is  Sagarmatha and Solukhumbu respectively.
  6. Dhaulagiri   : seventh highest peak in the world Dhaulagiri has the height if 8167 m which lies in Dhaulagiri Himalayan range and zone and district  it covers is Dhaulagiri and Myagdi respectively.              
  7. Manaslu: eighth highest peak in the world Manaslu has the height of 8163 m which lies in Ganesh Humalayan Range and zone and district  it covers is Gandaki and Gorkha respectively.
  8. Annapurna : Tenth  highest peak in the world Annapurna has the height of 8091 m  which lies in Annapurna Himalayan Range and zone and district  it covers is Gandaki and Kaski respectively.
  9. Gaurisankar : Another peak Gaurisankar has the height of 7145 m which lies in Rolwaling Himalayan Range and zone and district  it covers is Janakpur and Dolakha respectively.
  10.  Machhapuchhre: Another famous peak Machhapuchhre has the height of 6996 m which lies in Annapurna Himalayan Range and the zone and district  it covers is Gandaki and Kaski respectively.
